We recommend giving us a 2-week notice before booking. This way we can ensure your day is available. We also need this time to ensure that any of your custom orders will be ready for the da of your event!
We offer free delivery within 15 miles of 92101. Delivery fees apply for areas farther out. If you would like to know the delivery fee before paying the nonrefundable deposit, please email us.
If you are OUTSIDE of the central San Diego area please email before booking to ensure we can deliver to you.
We set up the morning of your party between 9 am-3 pm. In case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
We will pick up the same day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 9 pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour and are subject to prior approval.

We accept credit/debit cards as well as cash and checks. If paying by cash, please have the exact change. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery.
Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period.
We can set up on grass, artificial turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, dirt, and uneven surfaces.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks and event venues. It’s your job to make sure the park allows inflatables, has a water hookup (if renting a water slide), and an electrical hookup to power the blower.
We offer generator rentals for $45. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance will be required. Please let us know as soon as possible!
If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held and you can reschedule for any date within one year. The rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain.
If rain is in the forecast, you have until 7:00 am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone.
The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions.
If strong winds are in the forecast, we reserve the right to cancel at any point to ensure the safety of all jumpers.
Our white castle bounce houses require an extra level of care to maintain their beauty and safety for all guests!
There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.
Adult supervision is always required.
We understand that things happen that are out of our control! This is why we allow you to cancel your rental within 48 hours of your event. You will then be issued a full refund of your deposit.
